Machining of complex surfaces is routine at Demmer Corporation. We currently operate (3) five axis Cincinnati Milacron profilers. These machines are used for a variety of aerospace, defense and commercial projects.

Demmer has machined large complex structural components, out of exotic materials, for NASA and has parts that are literally “out of this world!”
Demmer designed, built and tested special machining fixtures to hold aircraft airfoils for simultaneous six axis machining. These fixtures were run-off, for a leading aircraft manufacturer on one of our five axis, modified to six axis, Cincinnati Milacron mills.
